Yesterday Ms Nair talked to us about our problem in team... Lack of unity, discipline, respect... I think it sort of woke us up. We are this far from the standard yet this near to the competition. Honestly, i don't think we can make it unless we buck up...really quickly. I can't say my command properly , #3 out of breath easily. For Home nursing, we all forget what we want to say sometimes, not enough TLC ( #2 must smile more naturally) and the list goes on till eternity. We are seriosly not prepared and we only complain about it. Sometimes I also feel like giving up... This is the first time I am the leader of such heavy responsibility. Now I know how streesfull it is.Whenever we stay back, everybody just want to do drill and first aid. Don't they know that home nursing is equally as important? It holds the most marks you know? It's boring... so what! No discipline is it!?! Do home nursing that time always give me that kind of face, fake smiles, fake thank yous and welcomes,fake laughter, fake everything!!! Its freaking irritating!!! I hate tosay this but nc2 is muchhhhhh better than us. We better do something quick. I can only make it on Mon 2.30 to 6-6.30. If you all want other trainings, let #3 be #1. This will train her. She will get use to it. Oh and in case you misunderstand, I'm not saying that all of you have to have less trainings to fit in just for me because I can seriously make it on Mon only.
