hello my dear nc7
i dont know how many of you all will come to this pathetic blog to look at the post,
but i'll still try to update this so that even after nationals,
when you all read back,
you still have some memories of me trying to motivate you all to add oil ok?
like i sms-ed #3 and told her that its just 7 more weeks to competition,
i know that this term's results may not be very good for some of you,
but you got to know that if you are not going to put in the effort to train hard,
you all will throw face on that day alright?
i really want you all to try your best in all that you do,
this nationals competition may sound very big and impossible to get the champion.
but if you all remember what you all though before the zonal competition,
you all even thought that the zonal champs was impossible,
but look at how far you all went.
although the standards of this two competition is a big difference,
but please,
try your best and do your best for me alright?
so that i can tell myself that the time i am spending on you all are all worth it
i can have fun trainings and talk with you all ( just like thurs training)
but there should also be times where we got to really buck up
and the time is now,
we need to buck up and really train hard.
you all will have up to 3 weeks to complete your june holidays homework and revise your work.
just give me your last week can?
i'm alr sacrificing my study time for you all.
can you all do sacrifice yours for yourself?
please.
hope that after you read this post you wil kind of wake up.
no time already and you all only have got less than 15 training sessions.
i'm not expecting too much from you all for this nationals competition,
just a top 3 alright?
the name of PL SJAB is in all of your hands :)

here's a little quote for you all
" if you cant go over it, try to go around it"
"if you cant go around it, try to go across it"
"if you cant go across it and you really want to go over it"
" then set the determination to dig a hole and go under it "

hey girls,

it has been a long long time after your zonal competition and in about 15-16 weeks time, it will be your nationals..
so you will need to buck up and just dont slack.
i know how it feels after the zonal an doy uall might think that since you all can make it through zonal and get first with that standard, nationals should be also a ok.
but pls stop that thinking of yours ok?
you all ahve to study extra doubly hard for this nationals and just think of all the illness in the world and check on it,.
these like the Urinary Tract Infection, Parkinson disease, low blood pressure, high blood pressure, heart failure, stroke?
check out all these out on your own. i dont want to spoon feed you all. i've alr given you all a stack of notes and i really hope that you all can swop and ensure that everyone reads the notes.
and the different types on shock as well.
again, i'll be getting some theory test paper for you all to do to help you all to revise your work.

and i need all of your june holidays schedule. like when you all are free. when do you all have lessons? going for oversea trip and all. please let me know asap so that i can plan out your june holiday training schedule and let you all see your training schedule.

yupp yupp.. :)

hey girls,
its 25 more days to competition,
you all have been training hard for the past 4 months.
and i believe that you all will not want to waste your time and effort.
if you have to come for training,
why dont make the full use out of it?
if you need to go for the competition, why dont just do it well?
if you need to study, why dont just study super hard for it?

ok, the main point is that,
there isnt much time left,
and i am very sure to tell all of you that the other schools are ready for the competition.
but are you guys ready?

can a full nurasing procedure be done in 20 mins?
can a drill procedure be done without any mistakes?
can a fa case be done correctly?

i hope that every single one of you,
will take these last 25 days to study hard at home.
not just the effort you put in during cca time.
its during time when you're free, try to walk on your heels and dont darg your feet.
its when you run faster doing pe and train your stamina for drill.
its the sense of urgency you have in everything you do and when you do fa case.
its the alertness that you need.
all the things that are important for the competition can be practised in our everyday life.
dont waste anymore time shall we?
no more playing... no more jokes and laughter.
be serious during training cause i;m afraid that if we're not going to push ourselves,
achieving any throphies during the competition is a cannot be...

so, lets do it together, as a team, with confidence and unity!!!!!!

nc7 woosh!!!!!!!!!!

hi nc7,
i'm glad to see more smiles than frowns on your faces.
you all are left with 47 days
47 days will pass really soon,
and i want you all to spend these 47 days together as a team,
no matter you all win or lose, you all are already the champions in my heart when you all enter as a team.
do not enter the competition as individuals, cause you all are in a team of 5,
whether anyone does any mistakes during the competition or not, do not blame.
what is done can never be undone when you all are on the competition ground.
so just spent these last 47 days to try your every best to brush up on all of your skills try to perfect every single one of them.
when you perfect it before the competition, even if you have any mistakes during the competition, your workdone will still be close to perfect.
ok?ok?ok?

Today, #5 came late 6 min. I dunno why? Cause us to run 6 rounds. Also never bring boots and take out earstuds. Cause us 3 more rounds. A bit tired. Cannot do drill properly. Thirsty but no water, my command offkey even easier.
Everyone go guai her, even me. But she is in our team afterall and i'm sure we would do the same for the rest and yet not fault her. #3 also wear earring, but did we blame her. She was not caught but would we also have scolded her like that, give her cold shoulder. I wonder if I would still give #3 the same treatment if she got caught... ...
We should try to stay united now and not try to find fault at each other. Finding fault will only make us more angry. I only realised that after assembly when I had the time to think over it. Guess we do owe her an apology......
However, #5 has yet to explain to us what happened... ... Hmmm... ...

Our training was held from 3.30 to5.30 pm today. We learnt more about hypothermia( however it is spelt) such as the signs and symptoms and treatment. The mainpoint of the treatmentis to keep the casualty warm so you can ask her to change out of her wet clothes, give her a dry towel to wrap around herself( best kind are those which are dull on the outer surfac and reflective on the inner surface), move her to a dry and sheltered place, so on. I think #3 tried her bestwhen she took over me today. Just try to control the case more often and costantly think of new reasurrances and support the casualty. One good thing that you did however was to advice me on what to do next time. well done! i must learn from you also.

Day Dreamer

ENJOY YOURSELF!
